decent holiday home
spacious lodge separate rooms rude response chlorine tablet
i found the lodge spacious and comfortable this setup really suited us especially with a teenage son and daughter each getting separate rooms sky tv and netflix were also included that was a nice bonus. i liked the enclosed back area it was perfect for our dog he could wander freely and we didn't have to worry while we used the hot tub
i had to add a chlorine tablet to the hot tub myself it was unexpected. i contacted the owner about the wet towels his response felt rude and unhelpful that was quite disappointing

rude response chlorine tablet
the kitchen had all necessary equipment.
The hot tub maintenance felt off. i was told to add chlorine myself for longer stays. It raised concerns. i also had an unpleasant phone call with the owner over a towel issue. his response was quite rude. I was really surprised.

The site was beautiful and quite peaceful and relaxing. Directions and instructions were easy to follow.
I found some issues. The hot tub wasn't checked by a professional so I am unsure who cleans it. I had to add a chlorine tablet myself . This seems unsafe.
